At Storm 3D Models, we aim to get your 3D printed creations into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Every item is made with care in the UK and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

🛠️ Processing Times

Most items are in stock. Please allow:

1–3 business days for keychains, pens, and small items
2–4 business days for lightboxes or custom orders
2-5 business days for custom orders

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

UK Shipping

Standard (Evri): £2.99 – Arrives in 2–4 working days
Tracked 24 (Royal Mail): £3.99 – Arrives in 1–2 working days

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. Rates and estimated delivery times:
- Europe: £8.99 – 5–10 working days
- USA & Canada: £12.00 – 7–14 working days
- Australia/NZ: £12.00 – 7–14 working days

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked, depending on your selection at checkout.

📦 Packaging

All items are shipped in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging where possible. Products are bubble-wrapped and boxed to ensure safe delivery.

🌍 Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Storm 3D Models is not responsible for delays due to customs.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

If you choose a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your item has shipped. You can track your package at any time.

🛑 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame:
